Необходими продукти:
- 1 опаковка бекон (около 12-14 парчета);
- 1 кг кайма;
- 1 глава лук;
- 1 морков;
- 3 - 4 кисели краставички;
- 4 яйца;
- кашкавал (количество по избор);
- сол;
- черен пипер;
- чубрица.
Ето как може да го приготвите:

1. Формата за кекс се намазва с олио и в нея се нареждат парчетата бекон, като всяко се прихлупва леко от следващото.
2. Каймата се омесва като за кюфтета (с нарязания на ситно лук, 1 жълтък, подправки)
3. Другите три яйца се сваряват и се нарязват на половинки.

4. В наредената с бекон форма за кекс се разстила половината от омесената кайма.
5. Върху нея се нареждат половинките яйца, нарязаните на ленти кисели краставички, морков и кашкавал.
